We propose solutions on relevant aspects of labour relations such as permits and leaves of absence, conditions of work, geographical and functional mobility, international mobility, substantial working conditions and disciplinary procedures modifications.

Social Security: advice on issues relating to the social security sphere, affiliation and contribution, disability or retirement.

Labour inspection: preparation, attendance and appearance in the Labour Inspection in respect of certificates of payment of Social security contributions or records of labor violation and prevention of occupational risks.

Litigation: we represent employers and workers in all types of litigation, including layoffs, claims of quantity, substantial modification of working conditions, claim for violation of fundamental rights – like procedures of moral harassment, mobbing-, damage caused by accidents of work, performance, fouls and penalties or procedures of performance fee for invalidity and retirement.
